Fermentation Workshop Series

Learn how to make sourdough bread by participating in making and baking a loaf. Participants will take home an active sourdough starter. Or, the basics of vegetable fermentation and help to make a fresh sauerkraut. Or, even how to make fresh kombucha in your own kitchen. Participants will take home a plain kombucha to finish fermenting at home and a flavored kombucha!

To register fill out the form below. The price is $20 per workshop and includes the cost of ingredients. Space is limited. You register separately for each workshop you wish to attend.
