What: Learn the hands-on basics to weatherizing your home, simple lifestyle changes and leave with a selection of weatherization tools to increase your home’s energy efficiency. Additional information will be provided on housing rehabilitation, affordable financing and details about the Kentucky Home Performance Rebate and incentives.
